Welcome to Nailio. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Nailio application. By downloading, installing, or using Nailio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the application.
Nailio is a local-first manicure journal and organization utility. The application helps users manage manicure records, maintenance history, growth progress, salon information, products, notes, photos, statistics, and optional consumable points.
Nailio is intended for personal organizational purposes only.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Nailio complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
If you are under the age required by applicable law to enter into legally binding agreements, you should use the application only with appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Nailio does not require user registration.
You are not required to create:
Core application features are available immediately after launch.
Your diary records, photos, notes, maintenance history, growth entries, statistics, preferences, and other application content are stored locally on your device.
Deleting the application may permanently remove locally stored information unless separately preserved through your own backup solution.
Nailio does not guarantee recovery of deleted local content.
When first launched, Nailio may include demonstration records, sample timeline events, example manicure styles, and a sample points balance.
Sample content exists solely for demonstration and App Review purposes.
You may modify or remove sample content at any time.
You retain ownership of content you create inside Nailio, including:
You are solely responsible for all information you choose to store within the application.
You agree to use Nailio responsibly.
You agree not to:
Photo Library permission is requested only when you voluntarily choose to attach manicure photographs.
Only images selected by you are imported into the application.
Camera access is requested only when you choose to capture new manicure photos.
The camera is never activated automatically.
Microphone access is requested only when you decide to record optional voice notes for maintenance events.
Audio recording begins only after your explicit action.
Notification permission is optional.
If enabled, Nailio may send reminders for manicure maintenance schedules or reminder events created by you.
Notification permission may be revoked at any time through iOS Settings.
Nailio provides optional consumable points packs that may be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Points may be consumed only for selected creation actions inside the application.

Editing existing content does not consume additional points.
Browsing records does not consume points.
Deleting records does not consume points.
Archiving records does not consume points.
Searching and filtering records do not consume points.
All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Apple is responsible for payment processing.
Nailio never receives your complete payment card information.
Purchased points are credited after Apple confirms a successful transaction.
Points packs are consumable digital items.
Consumable points that have already been used cannot be restored.
Unused consumable points may not be recoverable after deleting the application or reinstalling it unless otherwise supported by Apple.
Consumable purchases are not subscriptions.
Nailio does not provide auto-renewing subscriptions.
Refund requests for Apple In-App Purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable policies.
Nailio cannot independently approve or process payment refunds.
The Nailio application, including its design, interface, graphics, trademarks, logos, software, and documentation, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the application without prior written permission.
Nailio is a personal organization utility.
The application does not provide medical advice, dermatological advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or professional beauty consultation.
Information stored inside Nailio is intended solely for personal record keeping.
Always seek advice from qualified healthcare or beauty professionals regarding nail or skin concerns.
Nailio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We make no warranty that the application will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or without compatibility issues on every device configuration.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nailio and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the application.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of any important information stored locally on your device.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
You may terminate your acceptance of these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of Nailio and removing the application from your device.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.
From time to time, Nailio may receive updates, bug fixes, security improvements, feature enhancements, interface refinements, or compatibility updates.
Some updates may be required to maintain compatibility with newer versions of iOS or Apple's services.
You are responsible for installing available updates if you wish to continue using the latest version of the application.
Although we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that Nailio will always be available or operate without interruption.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, operating system changes, hardware limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your use of Nailio is also governed by the application's Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is stored, how optional permissions are used, and how Apple services may participate in payment processing.
By using Nailio, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms of Use.
Certain functionality relies on Apple-provided frameworks and services, including but not limited to:
Use of these Apple services may also be governed by Apple's own agreements and privacy practices.
Nailio is not responsible for the operation or availability of third-party services provided by Apple.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations governing the download and use of the application.
You may not use or export the application where prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the application is distributed, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The unenforceable provision shall be interpreted, to the extent possible, in a manner consistent with its original intent.

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional notices presented within the application, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nailio regarding your use of the application.
They supersede any prior understandings or communications relating to the same subject matter.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect legal requirements, feature updates, operational changes, or improvements to the application.
Updated versions become effective upon publication within the application or accompanying distribution materials.
Your continued use of Nailio after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
